Australian resortwear label Mister Zimi is hosting its first-ever Brisbane warehouse sale in Fortitude Valley later this month. The event will take place at 1 Arthur Street from Thursday, 23 July to Sunday, 26 July 2026.
According to Style Magazine, the four-day event will offer Brisbane locals exclusive access to thousands of archival styles, samples, and unreleased pieces. The brand, known for its vibrant prints and breezy silhouettes, has confirmed that nothing in the sale will exceed $35.
Stock, Pricing, and What to Expect
Prices for the event start from just $15, with a strict cap of $35 on all items. Style Magazine reports that stock will be restocked daily, meaning the inventory will change throughout the four days.
While many sample pieces will be sample sizes, the archive and seconds styles will span Mister Zimi’s usual size 6 to 16 offering. The sale includes one-off samples and unreleased pieces that never made it online or into boutiques. Happening Next confirms that all sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges available.

Entry to the warehouse sale is free. However, Happening Next notes that customers must bring their own bags and that street parking is very limited. The event will accept cash and card, but Afterpay is not available.
