World-renowned artist CJ Hendry is bringing her immersive “Flower Shop” concept to Brisbane this June. The pop-up installation will take over the corner of Arthur Street and Brunswick Street in Fortitude Valley.
According to the Urban List, the event runs from 25 June to 12 July. This marks the artist’s latest global tour, following a successful brick-and-mortar store in SoHo and experiences in cities like Melbourne.

Hendry is known for creating massive hype around the world with her work. Visitors can expect to shop for playful plush flowers made of fabric in colourful hues and surreal sizes. The artist describes these pieces as blooms that never fade.
While specific prices for the Brisbane pop-up remain unconfirmed, the Urban List reports that stems in the Melbourne pop-up last May were selling for $10 each.
