TRK Property Group Unveils High-Rise Tower Design for Fortitude Valley

Brisbane-based developer TRK Property Group has announced plans for a new 34-storey apartment tower at 57 Berwick Street in Fortitude Valley. The project, designed by renowned architecture firm Koichi Takada Architects, will feature 189 apartments with interiors curated by byCULPRIT.

According to Apartments.com.au, the development aims to capture views of the Story Bridge, city skyline, ranges, bay, and river from its upper levels. The site sits between Howard Smith Wharves and the James Street precinct, positioning it in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

Amenities and Design Features

Residents will have access to a comprehensive rooftop amenity floor featuring a pool, spa, sauna, and hot and cold treatment rooms. The facility will also include a meditation garden, gym, yoga studio, and private dining areas.

Additional amenities listed by the developer include a BBQ area, games lounge, wine display wall, work library, meeting rooms, and outdoor work areas. TRK Founder and Managing Director Arpan Kohli described the project as something “Brisbane hasn’t seen before.”

Kohli told Apartments.com.au that delivering a project of this calibre requires the right people involved. He stated that Koichi Takada Architects and byCULPRIT set the benchmarks for design excellence, noting that the building represents genuine architectural significance.

Developer’s Recent Portfolio

TRK Property Group has been active across the state with recent launches. The developer recently introduced LAYA Residences in Taigum, which comprises 88 three-bedroom townhouses starting from $1,495,000.

In addition to the Valley proposal, the group has a site in Indooroopilly at 140 Central Avenue. That project is planned to deliver 131 apartments.
